Sound Of Football Podcast 308 Homage to Catalonia
Sound Of Football Podcast 308 Homage to Catalonia
Should football and politics be separated? Can it even? Could a similar furore to that of the NFL players protesting against racially motivated police brutality soon be seen here in Europe? Could we see Catalan players "taking a knee" during the Spanish national anthem in this weekends World Cup qualifiers?
Graham, Terry and Jan are on hand to discuss all this and more, including FIFAs recent reversal of its stance against poppies.
