Sporadic Blogging Guilty as Charged
Funny thing, this blogging. You write down little snippets and musings thinking that nobody is really listening. But then - let a little space lapse between blogs and WHOA, do the letters of condemnation roll in! You would have thought that Starbucks closed for a morning or Fox pre-empted American Idol! Consider me duly chastised!
Since I last wrote, (I think it was about my support for Barack Obama) I actually ran for and won my race for National Delegate for Obama*. Facing rather stiff competition - among them a couple of Mayors, Democratic pundits, and long-time political aficionados - I actually came away with a victory. Although I chalk it up to my being a "gimmick" and a "name" in Utah, Im dead serious about representing the 2nd District here in Utah admirably in Denver. Watch this blog then for copious pictures and numerous observations from what is sure to be a momentous and historic Democratic Convention.
OK - feel better now. It wasnt War and Peace, but at least Im back in the blogging saddle. Giddyup!
* By the way - I am NOT a Super Delegate so dont wine and dine me. Im just a Mediocre Delegate, I guess!
